Who am I?

Hello there! I am Aakash Yadav and I appreciate your presence here. Think of me as a means to help you meet your better self. You may be looking for a pain-free life, getting ready for a competition/event, get in better physical condition, and/or a better lifestyle. Look no further!

I am an American Council on Exercise-certified Personal Trainer. I am also a ex-Cult.Fit-certified Strength and Conditioning Instructor. I bring together principles of physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and strength training in my body of work. The workouts I prepare for you are derived from own workouts. This means you will be safe from any injuries while working with me. I test all workouts on myself first to ensure your safety. On that note, in all my years of training people, 0 people have suffered from any injuries and/or lasting pains.

Before becoming a trainer, I used to be regular dude working the regular 9-5 job sitting in front of a computer. After years of antibiotics in my system, not to forget the road-accident injuries causing me years of grief, I said, “No more!”. If I can help it, i want to never be on any medication ever, unless it is absolutely unavoidable. I want to live pain-free, unless an accident causes me pain.

It’s been over half a decade since I have been on any medication. My body has been pain-free too. Moreover, I am better able to engage in new activities now than when I was a decade younger. Moreover, I want to share this experience with as many people as possible, possibly helping them reach a better place than I am at. After all, I may just be one person, but I can and I intend to contribute as much as I possibly can.
